Oceans Alive Conservation Trust is a registered, non-profit, global conservation and public benefit orgainzation, Caring for our Oceans and Caring for our Coastal Environments. 

All the proceeds from Oceans Alive on-line shopping sales are for fundraising which is utilised to support our global operations and all our Ocean Conservation Projects, helping us to Care for our Oceans and our Coastal Environments.

Oceans Alive Conservation Trust Branded Accessories

All  Oceans Alive Conservation Trust branded accessories are made to order and we cannot accept exchanges.

We may accept returns of products purchased from our website for up to 14 days after the purchase date, subject to our inspection and provided that the product has not been used or damaged and is in its original condition and is returned in its original packaging.

Kindly note that there is a 20% handling fee and that Oceans Alive Conservation Trust is not responsible for return shipping or courier charges.

Please include a brief note with all your contact information, order details and the specific reason for the return.

We stand by the superior quality of our Oceans Alive Conservation Trust branded products and we provide a three months conditional warranty on our branded products against manufacturing defects.

Customers will be responsible for courier costs on all returned or repaired items and courier costs will only be reimbursed if items are returned due to our negligence.

We have partnered with our courier of choice to deliver our Oceans Alive Conservation Trust orders directly on a door to door basis.

Under normal conditions, subject to stock availability, all orders that are placed and received after 12h00 will be shipped the next day.

South Africa

Under normal conditions, subject to stock availability, our standard South African local shipping option to main centres will take two-three (2-3) working days to reach you.

Under normal conditions, subject to stock availability, our standard South African local shipping option to remote outer lying areas can take up to five-seven (5-7) working days to reach you.

Under normal conditions, subject to stock availability, for next day express delivery (only to Durban, Johannesburg, Pretoria and Cape Town), please select the Express Shipping option when placing your order online.

Kindly note that the above excludes any deliveries on weekends and on public holidays and an additional R120 shipping charge will apply over and above the standard shipping cost of R120. Please note that overnight shipping only applies to areas which are not considered to be outlying areas. Express delivery for outlying areas will take 3-5 business days to be delivered.

Please note that we DO NOT ship to Post Office P.O. Boxes.

It is your responsibility to ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive and sign for your delivery. Oceans Alive Conservation Trust will not be held responsible for non-delivery or delays, or for any additional expense in this circumstance.

Under normal conditions, subject to stock availability, our standard International and Cross Border shipping option to main centres will take fourteen-twentyone (14-21) working days to reach you.

Under normal conditions, subject to stock availability, our standard International and Cross Border shipping option to remote outer lying areas can take twentyone-thirtyfive (21-35) working days to reach you.
